Hannah & Sean’s Classic Fall Celebration at Glen View Club
There is something truly timeless about an October wedding in Chicago, and Hannah Ring and Sean Beirne’s celebration on October 7, 2023, was the epitome of classic elegance. From the sacred ceremony at Our Lady of Perpetual Help to the sophisticated reception at the Glen View Club, every moment was a filmmaker’s dream.
The Morning Prep & Ceremony
The day began with a buzz of activity as Bianca Sansosti Artistry perfected hair and makeup for Hannah and her bridesmaids at the Ring residence. Meanwhile, the gentlemen gathered for lunch and final preparations at the Glen View Club. One of the most cinematic highlights of the morning was the PJ and robe photo session before Hannah stepped into her gown, assisted by her Maid of Honor, Melissa, and mother, Jen.
The ceremony at Our Lady of Perpetual Help was a beautiful display of tradition. As the notes of Pachelbel’s “Canon in D” filled the air, the wedding party made their entrance, followed by Hannah, who walked down the aisle with her father, Steve, to Bach’s “Prelude.” The couple shared their first moments as husband and wife to the joyful sounds of Handel’s “Water Music” during the recessional.
A Night of Elegance at Glen View Club
The celebration moved to the historic Glen View Club, a venue known for its refined atmosphere and strict standards of excellence. The club’s “no cell phone” policy ensured that guests were fully present, creating an intimate environment for the couple’s unannounced cake-cutting and heartfelt toasts.
The reception featured a stunning design by Avant Gardenia and Elegant Event Lighting, providing the perfect backdrop for a series of emotional dances: the first entrance to “Can’t Hurry Love” by The Supremes, a father-daughter dance to “My Little Girl” by Tim McGraw, a mother-son dance to “My Wish for You” by Rascal Flatts, and a first dance to “Joy of My Life” by Chris Stapleton.
The Grand Finale
The night concluded with high energy as the BeatMix Chicago band kept the dance floor packed until the very end. The final cinematic touch was a breathtaking sparkler exit, where guests lined up to send the new Mr. and Mrs. Beirne off in style.
