Ken & Valerie's Baby Announcement Video on Lake Michigan

Some of our favorite projects come from returning clients, and Ken & Valerie are a perfect example. We filmed their wedding at Saint Clement Church and Trump Tower Chicago, complete with a cruise on a Wendella boat for their portrait session. So when it came time to share their baby news, heading back out onto Lake Michigan aboard a Wendella boat felt like the right way to do it.

Shot in the daytime under a gloomy, overcast Chicago sky, this short and sweet announcement weaves in throwback shots from Ken and Valerie’s wedding day, tying their next chapter back to where their story on film began.
