Morning Details and Getting Ready

The day began for our team at the Hotel Palomar, where we focused on capturing the intricate bridal details that Nicki had carefully curated, following hair and makeup that started at 9:00 AM. One of the most touching sequences to film was Nicki’s mom and her friend Andi helping her into her dress, followed by a tentative first look with her bridesmaids shortly after.

The Reveal and Terrace Portraits

We captured the heart-pounding moment of Nicki and Joe’s first look, followed by a session for the bridal party on the Hotel Palomar’s 5th Floor Terrace and in the lobby, a chic, urban backdrop for their cinematic portraits.

The Transition to the Ivy Room

The celebration moved toward the Ivy Room, where we filmed walking pictures and portraits of the bridal party as they made their way to the venue. Immediate family gathered for pictures before the bridal party had a moment to breathe, then Nicki and Joe joined them to freshen up ahead of the main event.
