Nadeau’s Ice Sculptures + 312FILMS | Chicago Wedding Ice Sculpture & Luge

Nadeau’s Ice Sculptures + 312FILMS: Chicago Wedding Ice Across Two Celebrations

Some details only exist for a few hours before they melt away, and an ice sculpture is one of the most literal examples. Across two weddings we’ve filmed, Nadeau’s Ice Sculptures has been behind that fleeting, showstopping detail.

About Nadeau’s Ice Sculptures

Nadeau’s Ice Sculptures is a Forest Park, IL-based studio and, by its own account, the oldest ice sculpting house in America, with more than 45 years carving for weddings and events. It’s the largest full-time ice sculpting operation in the Midwest, with a client list that’s included Lincoln Park Zoo’s Zoolights display for over 25 years, along with work for the Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bears.

What Nadeau’s Brings to a Wedding Film

An ice luge or sculpture is one of the few reception details built to disappear, which makes it a genuine moment to capture on film rather than just a photo op. Whether it’s an espresso martini luge mid-dance-floor or a sculpture anchoring a reception space, it’s the kind of detail that reads as a real investment in the night, and gives a wedding film something visually striking that guests will still be talking about after the ice is gone.
