Reva Nathan is a well-known event planner based in Chicago, known for her expertise in planning and designing weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. She has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has received numerous awards and recognitions for her work, including being named one of the top wedding planners in the world by Vogue Magazine.

Reva Nathan’s journey to becoming an event planner wasn’t a direct one, but it all started with her love for the printed word and design. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Penn State and postponing her PhD program at U of Chicago due to a lack of funding, Reva started an invitation business in 1980, which later became Reva Nathan and Associates as she started planning events. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to work with incredible clients and has planned events in beautiful locations. Reva’s calm and detailed nature, along with her strive for perfection, has helped her build fond relationships with event vendors and has allowed her to create personalized and unique events for her clients. Despite her years of experience, she still feels there is always something new to learn or grow from, and she still gets nervous before each event because she genuinely cares. When she has free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, trying new restaurants, and keeping up with music and fashion trends as they relate to event planning.
